There is no shortage of trained chefs in Sydney. Nor is there a shortage of people in the food industry who talk about passion. However to encounter a professional who is genuinely passionate about his craft and equally genuine about communicating that passion, well that is unusual. You are one of those rare people who has a very high level of skill and belief but can still train and motivate someone who has a much lower level of skill and belief. I absolutely loved the experience of cooking with you. I learnt more in 3 hours with you than I had in the previous thirty years of doing it myself and reading cookbooks!! The outcome was a superb meal and a great experience not only for me but also for my wife and daughter. The fact you loved reggae was a bonus......

I just wanted to thank you again for the fantastic night my wife and I had on Sunday. We were extremely surprised at the professionalism of your chef. The food was also excellent.
The freshness and flavors of all the dishes were definitely of higher quality than what we normally have at rstaurants. The selection of the menu, which I believe was designed by yourself, was great. As you know my wife has a few food allergies, and the menu that you prepared suited her diet as well as being extremely delicious. On the morning of the dinner, we found out that my wife had more allergies than what I had indicated to you during our initial consultation. However, your chef was able to change the ingredients on the run while keeping the flavors to a maximum.

We had a great time, it was so relaxing to be in our own house and be waited on so beautifully. Matt said it was a little strange to have someone we didn’t know in our house at first but you were so warm and friendly and appropriate that he really enjoyed it.

WOW! What a night of delicious cuisine. I was looking for a special way to celebrate my 5yr wedding anniversary with my wife. I was lucky enough to find ZCC personal chef services browsing the internet. When I spoke with Zigi to ask about preparation, menu’s, timing and just how the whole thing would work I found Zigi and his team to be professional and personal all in the one conversation. He put my mind at ease and I looked forward to the night.

My wife came home to a wonderful surprise of a personal chef cooking up a 4-course meal with all the 5 star trimmings. ZCC were on time, cooked a meal that was just amazing and left without a trace of ever being there. The only problem we have now is we are trying to make up another reason for ZCC to come back so we can sit back and enjoy the experience again.

Thank you so much for facilitating our team building cooking class. All of the eight team members who participated in the evening commented on how much fun they had, how much they learnt about cooking and how much they learnt about each other.
Joanne was really a great host. She came organised with every piece of kitchen equipment you need to create a culinary delight, an easy going and fun sense of humour and a nothing is too much trouble attitude.
With a vocal and animated team with no experience with sharp objects in close proximity to each other, Joanne ensured we were firstly safe, secondly smiling, thirdly all working towards a goal and lastly very well feed. We left the evening knowing a bit more about each other (even if we didn't need to know or see some of those things), and few new recipes under our bulging belts too.

The cooking class given by ZCC was truly an eye-opener. We tried a vast range of different dishes, so much that we couldn't have hoped to eat all the results! We learned all about how to select ingredients for, prepare and cook our chosen dishes, and then we got to eat it as well. We were even given a DVD of the event, so we did not have to take notes. A great 'team-building' exercise, and great fun too.
The meal was an experience not to be missed. It went down extremely well with our guests, and was a memorable event for us all. Everything was done for us, all we had to do was relax and enjoy ourselves. The service was personal and discreet, and the food was, of course, superlative. We have no hesitation in recommending ZCC in every way, and will certainly be using them again when we want to add a touch of class and luxury to public or private events.

My partner gave this cooking class to me as a gift. While I was a bit suspect at first, we had a fantastic afternoon playing in the kitchen, while learning all sorts of useful skills like measuring, chopping, mixing, preparing and heating, that we'll use over and over again.
