White chocolate and pistachio tart

Chocolate Filling:

  • 200gm White Chocolate
  • 100ml Cream
  • 50gm Butter
  • 100gm Pistachios
  • Optional flavours – amaretto or brandy

Method:

Step 1: Boil cream in a saucepan then remove from heat

Step 2: Add chocolate to cream and stir until dissolved. Then add flavours and mix

Step 3: Pour mixture into pre-baked tart shell/s, cover and place in the fridge for one hour or more.
