To assist us in ensuring the success of your event, we would appreciate your attention to the following details:
Confirmation
Confirmation of your booking must received within 10 days of making tentative booking or 5 days before the date of the event, whichever comes first, followed by deposit payment. Should ZIGI'S Pty Ltd fail to receive confirmation within the given time, every effort will be made to contact the client prior to releasing the booking, which ZIGI'S Pty Ltd reserves the rights to do.
Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm and secure all events within the 10 days of making confirm booking or 5 days before the date of the event, whichever comes first. The deposit is 50% of total sale price. This deposit will credit to your account. Should ZIGI'S Pty Ltd fail to receive your deposit within the given time, every effort will be made to contact the client prior to releasing the booking, which ZIGI'S Pty Ltd reserve the right to do.
Cancellation policy
In case of an event or service, being cancelled the following terms are applicable – All cancellations must be advice in writing. Below are the cancellation fees applicable following cancellation of a confirmed event or service:
- 25% cancellation fee - Cancellation of booking one month prior to the event/service
- 50% cancellation fee – Cancellation of booking one week prior to the event/service
- 75% cancellation fee – Cancellation of booking up to 48 hours prior to the event/service
Guaranteed number of guest
The guaranteed number of guests attending your event or service is required by 10.00am, five working days prior to the event or service taking place.
Final Details
To ensure your requirements are met, it is necessary for us to have a 14 days notice of your event / service schedule and menu selection.
Extended event or service
The organiser agrees to begin the event or service and finish the event or service at the scheduled time. In the event that the event or service should continue beyond the agreed finishing time and the chef and/or service staff are required to stay back in order to deliver success of the event/service, ZIGI'S Pty Ltd reserve the right to charge client extra fee to compensate on the labour.
Invoicing:
We will send you an invoice upon confirmation of the event. Invoices are 50% upfront and 50% prior to event taking place. Once payment made, please advise us by email only with a copy of payment receipt.
Due date: Payments are due according to date specify on invoices.
Late payments:
If we have not received your deposit payment by due date, we can release the booking. If deposit has been made, Thank you.
If we have not received your final payment by invoice due date, we will contact you make the necessary payment arrangement prior to event. If we unsuccessful of contacting you, we keep the liberty to cancel your event until further payment has been arranged and /or the below late payment percentage will take place:
- 6 days late will incur 2% additional fees of total invoice cost
- 12 days late will incur 5% additional fees of total invoice cost
- 18 days late will incur 8% additional fees of total invoice cost
- 24 days late will incur 12% additional fees of total invoice cost
- 30 days late fees will incur 15% additional fees of total invoice cost
- For then 30 days it will be calculate according to 2% per every day lateness.
Non-payment:
If you refuse to pay us, or do not respond to our e-mails, we will make every effort to collect the debt. As a reminder, you have agreed that all costs we incur associated with collecting debts, including attorneys' fees and court costs, will be paid by you.
PRIVACY
To help our chefs meet your requirements, we may ask you for limited personal information upon registration for our services. This information may include (but is not limited to) personal and demographic information, food preferences and dietary requirements. We respect your privacy and will ensure no possibility of unauthorised use of personal information.
How do we use your voluntary information?
We use the information you provide to us to help better manage your account and meet your needs for the success of your event or service. For example, your chef may use information about your food preferences and dietary requirements to develop a tailored menu for you. Your information is extremely confidential and is never sold or shared with third parties.
